If Howard says it, he absolutely believes it sincerely. Of this I have no doubt.
And yes, I have done business with him recently.

Howard is good as gold. I went to the local branch of the bank he uses, wrote out a deposit slip & handed it to the teller. She confirmed the account # was Howard's. I made the deposit. I called Howard, told him the deposit was made. He looked on his computer, saw the deposit, & my shocks arrived the following week.

I'm fortunate enough that I live about 20 miles away from Howard. Last week I deposited the money for my shocks into his account, and he ordered them right away. He called me yesterday to let me know they were in. Today I spent the day with him as he installed them for me. I literally had a blast hanging out with him all day. We even went for BBQ lunch.
He knows what he's doing, he's honest, and detailed with what he does. He instilled a ton of knowledge into me, and by the time I left I felt I 90% knew what the hell I was doing with adjusting them. When he tells you to read the instructions and understand them, trust me he knows what he's talking about. He adjusted mine the first time around and then I took three test rides each time him having me adjust got myself so I knew what I was doing.
But I did feel like I was in boot camp, and he was the instructor!
I already know for sure I will be having him build me some fronts for my bike.
After leaving his sharp I decided to take the highway home I did 95 miles an hour for about 20 miles with the strong crosswind the bike did not so much as sway it felt the best I've ever felt a Harley for you.
