Default 6.5 Infotainment GPS

I wanted to know if anyone knows on the GPS map, does the map leave a breadcrumb trail on the roadways travelled and if so where are the settings to setup?

Thanks

Are you asking if it's possible to record your trip and play it back or view it later? If the answer is yes, it is possible to record your route and export it to a thumb drive and then import that into a map program on your computer. I'm not in from of my bike, but off the top of my head I think if you go to the Nav setup there is an option to turn that feature on.

I think it's a case of trolling, first post is a smart *** post.

When riding, turn on record in the Navy settings from the map screen, that little lined box with the dots on it

ok, im getting real sick of this gps.. i dont want to spend time complaining about the way this gps works... right now id be happy if someone can tell me how to shut off the voice navigation.. i attempted to send the sound to the headphones (which i dont have) but it keeps pausing my music to tell me 15 freaking times to turn ahead.. i find it hard to believe we cant stop it from interrupting the music... am i just slow?

Is there a way if you park inside to have the navigation display in "daytime" mode? Every time I turn on the map, it takes 5-10 minutes for it to change from night (dark background) to day (bright colors) mode.

as far as i understand the way this thing works, best thing you can do is take off the auto feature in the display section.. (someone smarter than me could probably tell you how to find that quickly...) i'm still fumbling around

Yup/thanks. That's in the set up/display options. I'm hoping someone smarter than me knows, in the "auto" display mode, how to get the GPS to quickly recognize it's bright daylight outside (even though it had been parked inside).
