Default Aux brake/run/turn help

Has anyone installed the auxilliary brake run turn kit 68000123A on a 2014 road king ? I just tried to install it and for some reason the right rear turn signal doesn't work properly when the brake is applied. As soon as the brake is applied it stops blinking and just stays lit. The Left works fine. Also the right rear signal doesn't blink when emergency flashers are on and brake is applied. Any thoughts? Maybe a bad part Right out of the box?

Run the hazard lights for a bit and see if that changes.

I didn't do mine, had the dealer do it. But they are working flawlessly.

I installed the auxiliary brake light/run light/turn signal kit PN 68000123A on my 2014 RK. It works fine. Try this. Remove the aux light kit and try all the lights in all operating modes. If all lights work, then the problem points to the aux light kit. If not, then you have a problem with the bike wiring, connector, pin, bulb socket, or bulb.

I reconnected the harness without the kit and everything worked fine. Kit is in the process of being returned for a new kit. Hopefully this solves the problem. There really isn't anything else it could be but I just didn't expect a bad part right out of the box. I guess they don't do any QC testing during the manufacturing process. Thanks for the responses.

Default Update /run turn stop kit problem

Update: received the new part and installed and everything works as it should. It was a bad part right out of the box. I ordered the kit from surdyke.com and emailed them the night I tried to install the original part explaining the problem and asking for a replacement. The next morning I received and e mail approving the return/ exchange and I return shipping label . About a week later I received the new part and installed. Very happy with surdyke customer service . I have ordered from them before and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
