I got the 17.5 from my dealer, via an e-mail from Harley. It fixed my nav issue. It is good til August 14th https://transfer.harman.com/message/...Fj6XqPsdDmhRRz

I reported a few days ago that this is what happened to mine when I upgraded to .5 a few days ago (Navigation Not ready..please wait). If you go to system information> Navigation> Software..it's blank like it's wiped out. Also Database is blank too.
I downgraded to .4 again and my navigation came back along with database and software description there in system info.

Well I tried to upgrade to .5 again today (With 3 different downloads including HD link again just in case i got a corrupt file) but it still wipes my Navigation out. As soon as I downgrade to .4 it comes back. Can't explain this one honestly. Others have upgraded with no problem. I even tried 3 different computers including my Macboook. still no go.

I am having the same problem with my 14 SGS. I just got it 2 weeks ago and have made sure I have the most current update, which I do. The dealership 5 minutes from my house told me I need to take it back to where I bought it, 4 hours away. The one that is about 45 minutes away said to bring it over. Has anyone came up with any type of resolution from taking it to a dealer? My only reason for not taking it to the one 45 minutes away is because I'm not gonna let my bike set there in the need of them needing to order a small part or something, but I am planning on letting them check it out. I really hoped I could get it up to the 1K service before I had to take it in. But I have tried it sitting at my house, in my garage, and riding down the highway in open country, but still no luck.
