Heel shifter bolt
I want to remove the heel shifter from my 2014 street glide special but I am having a hard time breaking the Allen bolt that compresses the shifter on the spline. Does anyone know if this Allen bolt is "right handed" ?

No, it's a normal bolt. It does have locktite on it so it will take a little extra effort.

They're right handed threads, just very tight, it feels like the bolt will snap. Try to use a 3/8 socket wrench with the proper Allen bit size .

At work I use a heat gun with a temperature of 750 deg. get it nice and toasty then remove the bolt.
