Default Stock SGS Front Tire options

Are there any tires available for the 19" Enforcer wheel other than the stock Dunlop? Size is 130/60B19

Shopping now. At 17,500 miles, the tread is at 4/32"

We just bought a new 2014 FLHX and I do not like Dunlop tires. I normally use Metzler and Perelli tires on my motorcycles. I have searched for front (130/60B19 61H (D408F)) and back (BW 180/65B16 81H (D407T)) tires on various web sites and finding no matching tire sizes.

I cannot find the mileage rating on these tires. My previous Dunlop tires never really lasted longer than 5,500 miles. That is why I am trying to find new tires to see how much they cost to estimate the cost when the time comes to get new tires and the mileage ratings.

The Dunlop tires are on Harley's web site and the tires are not cheap when you include the expensive Harley labor per tire.

I wore out my dunlop rear at 9500 miles and replaced it with a Michelin Commander II. Think it was @ $160 shipped. Fortunately, I have a guy that will change it for $20, if I bring the wheel, off the bike. I think I got a better tire for a lot less money, that will last longer. I have a friend with an FLHX that is on his 2nd commander II. I think he got @ 13-15k out of his first one. He rides very hard, always accelerating as fast as his '12 FLHX will go.

Guess I can't complain @ the wear on my front. 17,500 and still have 4/32". Been running 40 PSI front & rear. I also ride pretty hard. But I think the Michelin's are better. Checked their web site and no go for the front. So I continue to look.

I have found the HD replacement front online for $145.

I just installed a chrome Enforcer wheel and a new American Elite front
tire, 130/60B19 on my '14 FLHX.
Got the tire from Revzilla for $105.00 shipped.
Haven't got to ride it yet because of the rain.
Oh, well.

I have contacted both Michelin and Metzler about the 19 front tire on the FLHX & S. No response from Metzler and Michelin said that they didn't currently have one in production but hoped to in a year. I guess we will see. It's always good to have options RIGHT!!!
