How tall is factory? A 8" or 9" how much taller is that than stock? Pics and height would be great so I can compare and see looks.. thanks

Freedom windshields has a nice picture of a 7" re-curve windshield on a Street Glide for you to view. www.freedomshields.net

Clearview (www.clearviewshields.com) has measurements of stock vs. 7", 9" etc. height of the shields measured from key lock to top of shield.

Go 9". I'm 6' and the 7" works ok with stock seat but could easily be an inch or 2 taller and I'd still see over it fine.

I'm 6'2 and went with the klockwerks 8.5". It feels amazing at any speed no more helmet buffering and the radio is much more clear.

Your dealer should have demo shields you can try. You don't necessarily have to buy theirs, but if nothing else it'll give you something to gauge height.

Im 6'4" and went with a 9" and probably should have went with a 10" but I wanted the lowest one possible, with the 9" I'm right on the edge of the wind pocket.

For testing the height I made a shield out of cardboard and kept cutting it down to when it was good, the piece of cardboard blocks the wind just as good as my shield does, it made a great template.
