My wife and I use regular tinted safety glasses. Just the cheap $5-10 dollar a pair kind. We also each keep a pair of clear with us so we can see at night. These also come in readers but they kinda mess with my vision whenever I look down on a bike. I think the trick with riding glasses is that they fit one way inside the store but are completely different when you put your helmet on and ride down the road. A lot of glasses will then ride up on your nose or forehead that fit fine at the sunglasses display rack. These fit close to your eyes and are comfortable for us all day long.
Hey
I tend to use DeWalt safety glasses, router model ... about $7-8 bucks
My wife really likes Curv sunglasses. Our local HD sells them for about $15-20 including a case. She says they're her favorites because they block the wind so good.
I cast another vote for the Wiley-X. I sat on mine and broke the arm. I emailed the company to see if they could be fixed and they sent me a new pair with a spare set of lenses and foam. All free of charge. Can't beat that customer service.
We use Oakley Wind jackets, they have a rubber gasket that's remove able along with interchanging lenses for night and day, so you can use them on and off the bike.
