Default '14 ultra won't start

14 ultra. just replaced exhaust and handlebars. now the lights will come on and you can hear the fuel pump BUT won't start - no radio , no bright lights, now turn signals, no horn. hmm, no switch action either side. any experience, suggestions any one? fwiw, I followed shop manual procedures and have done this on 'o9 and '07 ultras more than once with no problems. I'm wondering about new electronics...
any help on '14 greater appreciate.

Something similar to this happened to me. I found that I streched the wires on the right side and effectively broke them. Had to replace the harness. They are more fragile than the 13' and older ones.

thanks for reply evil twin. I suppose I mighta done the stretch to them, but i don't think so.

like your common sense comment... I always say the problem with it is that it isn't very common!

Check the fuse for the BCM? All controls are sent from the switches to the BCM, then to corresponding component.

turns out to be another case of 'pinched wire' at the switches. wife picking up wiring harness for me as I type. the 5A 'battery' fuse was blown. hadn't checked it the first time because I had lights! now I can try (VERY carefully) again. thanks for replies hammz and eviltwin.
