Tune your lean motor

I'm new to the Street Glide and am impressed with the stock performance. I've always modified my bikes for more power but I'm getting used to the quiet performance of this 2014.

I'm changing my tune, Went from dealer download, Xied and then power Vision. During an auto tune I started to question my motives and how the bike was running. On my last road trip I bounced back to a previous auto tune session before I Left and then found the whole tuning thing occupying my mind instead of the ride. After that ride I loaded the stock MOCO tune back in the bike with its stage 1, and the bike runs like a raped ape. In the end, I could not get my head around messing with what the factory provided, being a great running all around tune. No ping,no stink, No ****.

I made several changes in steps on my 14 SGS. Last was to put on new header (minus the cat) with the performance mufflers. Added a STG 1 A/C and FL-ViED-10 fuel control. I like it and it has done well over time, but still, a flash tune is where I am going. I have now in my possession a V&H FP3. If it does what is says or has been said, I will be happy. The FL-ViED-10 will just go into a box as a back up.
