Default Searching for a backrest 2014 Limited

Hi I am in the market for a backrest for my new limited. I am going to keep the stock seat. I was hoping to get some of your input on what you have purchased and if you like it or not. thanks for your time.

Not sure what backrest he suggested, but I fully recommend the Harley adjustable backrest. Had it on my last two bikes and it works really well. Very comfortable and adjustable going down the road front to back. Passenger can adjust up and down for you while traveling but not sure you can unless you are a contortionist.

I second this recommendation. Put the adjustable on mine and love it. Had a fixed backrest on last bike. Being able to adjust on the fly s great.

This is the one I got: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Harley-David...9b509d&vxp=mtr

I've got the old version that wasn't adjustable, apparently it is now and priced at only $70 & that includes the mounting bracket. Works perfectly with the stock seat, matches the bike perfectly and is very comfortable. 14,000 miles on my 21014 SGS I wouldn't travel without it. Highly recommended!

I have seen the mustang version that is not adjustable and the HD version that is adjustable online but not sure either is worth the $250 price tag. Trying to stick with the hundred dollar store mentality and not spend more than a C note.

The thing to keep in mind when picking a backrest is to determine if you will ever want a hammock seat. The hammock because of the design requires a different bracket.

I have the Harley Adjustable and use it on any rides longer than an hour.
