2014 boom audio problems
I have a 2014 street glide special that i have installed a boom audio amp and speakers. The bike is about 5 months old,had the radio flashed at the dealer after the install. I have already blown one left side speaker one right side speaker and two amplifiers. Now the amp blew again, has anyone had problems like this with there system on a 2014, seems like once a month either a speaker blows or a amplifier. What should i do?

I've had my bike for about 9 months and 6k miles now. I normally have my radio very loud and haven't had any issues with my speakers or amp.
I wonder if your dealer used the wrong flash on your system. Do you listen to FM radio much? I've noticed my bike doesn't get great radio reception so I usually stick to my USB thumb drive or XM radio. I'm sure those clean digital signals are easier on the audio system than an FM signal.

My quick impression is there's something up with the installation, or the component match. First question in my mind is: does the impedance (ohms) of the speakers match that of the amp(s)?
I have had the Boom amp and upgraded Boom 6.5 speakers in my '14 SG for a while, with no issues. I crank it up pretty loud for extended periods. I would say blowing speakers and amps is not the norm.
