Default Anyone Else's Infotainment Center Stop Showing Playlist Option For iPhone?

My Infotainment Center Used to give me the option to click one of my many Playlists on my iPhone. For some reason the last two times I have ridden all it gives me is: Skip, Shuffle & Search. Before I could click "Playlist" and it would list all my Playlists. Any input is much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you connecting your iPhone via Bluetooth or through the USB cable? If BT, you can't, BT will not allow you to see, search, and access your playlists, you would have to do it via the iPhone itself.

Standard dumb questions...

1. Have you rebooted your iPhone?
2. Are you on the latest versions of the OS' for the phone and info system?
3. When do you plug the iPhone in... after the bike's system is up and running, or before you start everything up?

Here is what I figured out. Although I was connecting my phone via USB I still had "Bluetooth" enabled. Once I turned Bluetooth Off on my phone it started working. Thanks for all the replies!!

Good info, i have an old (prob 10 yrs old), iPod nano, first one i gave my son, 6 Gig, and it has been given permanent duty for the Street Glide, stays hooked up USB. The Iphone 5S, hooked up via blue tooth works great but no play list etc. I just have it on shuffle all on the phone and shuffle on the bike. I'm hearing some songs for the first time.

I noticed that I have an option to select bluetooth or direct on the infotainment screen. May work better than disabling the bluetooth on your phone.
