does anyone have any experiences with these pipes? they look cool and sound good from you-tube. i think i want them but im looking for some feedback. thanks

 

Not sure how help this will be I just installed the twin slash ovals. The head pipe is still factory I'm really happy with the sound I really didn't want pipes that were to much louder then stock these fit the bill perfect .
I also believe they make baffles if they are to loud but at this point no reason to change

 

i was looking at those pipes but i want something different. i like to stand out a little! thanks for the info.

 

They do sound good from the utube videos. What is the baffle size?

 

They look good, and have a fantastic sound, but unfortunately every pair I've seen (including the one's I had fitted to my 05 Screamin Eagle Electraglide, and yes it was fuelled correctly) turned yellow half way down the right hand muffler, Just Sayin

I had these on my 03 Ultra for 8 years until they broke at the join due to so many long distance rides through the southern states in the high temps. Put a set of V&H monster ovals on next which I never did like for the next 3 years.
Bought my 14 Limited with V&H power headers, high flow breather kit and Screaming Eagle Super Tuner and put the 4" turn down pipes on her. She sounds amazing!!!!

 

desertwolf - i think the baffles are 2 1/4". Custardglide - that sucks. psycko - great feedback! can you post a video that shows how far they hang out past the tail with some sound clips too please? thanks for the replies everyone. i think im going to buy them. i will post a video when i get them. probably be about 3 weeks.

 

I like how they look. It's something different and kind of gives it that hot rod with side pipes look.
