Default Help. Switched Circuit Adapter Harness 70264-94A

I have a 2014 Electra Glide Ultra Classic. I want to run power to a mounted GPS inside the fairing and was wondering does anyone know if there is a switched accessory circuit inside the fairing so that I could connect a switched circuit adapter harness into it (70264-94A)? And if so could I connect the Auxiliary Power Port 91843-97 into it and would it cause problems? Or could I just Y off the existing auxiliary power port with out over loading the system? The GPS is not the Harley GPS. Thanks

sorry to resurrect an older post, wondering what you ended up doing..
Im wondering if the ultra has a switchable power source in the fairing as well to connect the zumo 660 motorcycle mount.

On my 2014 SG I just used those blue clamp connectors to T into the two wires that go into the back of the auxillary powre socket in the front fairing. My Zumo 660 works just fine off it. It's no different to it being plugged into the socket itself so is unlikely to cause any problems.

I ran mine to the power outlet on the right side of fairing. Soldered the wires into the wires that feed the outlet.

thanks for the suggestion. Ended up going to my local dealership and picking up the molex connector and had them crimp the motorcycle mount wires for easy disconnect...

There is a plug that is for the Powered antenna. Harley makes a splitter for that plug. I avoid tapping or soldering existing wires.
