what is the fastest way to switch from speakers to headset and back again

I pulled up the Boom manual. It looks like the 3 options are Music/Media, Communication, and Prompts.
Music/Media is FM, AM, WB, bluetooth, and usb.
Prompts was what I called command prompts above. It is the bike telling you something or asking you a question. I think that includes the navigation. Actually, this makes sense since I can change the volume of the navigation voice to be different from the music.
That last one is Communication. That must be rider to passenger communication.
That indicates that you can use the headset to talk to the passanger while listening to music through the speakers.

My wife rides her own, so I have not tried to use the "intercom". However, there is an option in the settings for Communication and it is to pick speakers or Headset. It does not make sense to have ain intercom voice through the speakers though! So, that makes me wonder what "Communication" means? Is that the CB maybe? I only tried to use it once so far to see if it worked.
