There's always the GPS fairing by Tsukayu if you go with the King.

Traded my 2013 SG for a 2014 King. Love it. I pulled that windshield off day 1 and it's staying off. Get the King in silver. Great color.

Yep. Traded in a 13 Heritage for a 14 Limited. Originally was looking at a King but wife wanted the big comfy touring seat so the Limited it is. Still miss the Heritage for what it was but the Limited is superior in almost every way. Good luck and enjoy.

If you trade your bike in, take off all your add ons.

Absolutely. I did with the last one and sold it all on Ebay. Dealers won't give you a nickel for the extras but they sure charge for it when they resell the bike. Thieves.

[QUOTE=Nickatnyt;

Has anybody else recently been in the situation of wanting to trade in a 2013 for a Rushmore? [/QUOTE]

I recently did trade a 2013 FLD for my 2014 RK, Wife and I love the RK Much more and appreciate all the Rushmore improvements. We Just did a tour of Nevada this week, we call it our Earth Wind fire and Rain tour, we hit em all and in the same day too. The bike is beyond all expectations, most miles in a day were 530 and we both enjoyed the ride. The stock shields are tall, I changed out for 2" shorter version and gave her an adjustable back rest that gave just the right lean back angle to put a little space between us, where the non adj version smashed us together. We packed for 5 days with just an addition of the Med size HD luggage pack that slips on over the back rest. Good luck with your decision.

My choice would be the red one. I think the chrome stands out a little bit more.

Looked at the red in showroom real nice color, but I really think it looks sweet in silver. So I ordered one in black, {I have a black Tour Pak},ship date 4/28.
