Default Loving the Stage IV

Just got back from getting my oil changed, 700 miles after the Stage IV install, and man, I love this bike! Front end wants to lift if your too heavy on the throttle on take off, and the a$$ end breaks loose from 2nd to 3rd.

I've never had a sport bike before, so this kind of performance is really awesome to me. Cruising along at 3000 rpm it is smooth as silk. And the sound, well, the lope of the cams is so cool.

This is without a doubt the best investment I have ever made in a Harley.

What kit did you do, my dealer is trying to talk me into doing it since the engine was apart. They quoted me at 2700 with the stage 4 street level kit and labor. Did the kit come with the 58mm throtle body and tuner?

It came with the 58mm throttle body, but I had to buy the tuner separately. $2,700 is a good price.

Ahhh nothin better than engine work. I used to ride with a guy that always said "it don't go on the bike if it don't make it go faster"

Im planning to do the stage 4 kit, with the fuel moto 2-1-2 pipe, CFR slip ons, RSD air cleaner and Power Vison to tune the whole thing. Ive thought about going with the Bassani road rage 2 into 1 pipe and ghost pipe. What do you guys think?

If its power you want go with a Thunderheader! Hands down the best exhaust for creating power and the sound is amazing. Im having one put on my new bike (WITH THE GHOST PIPE) and I had one on my FLHT.
