I have two phones listed on the Bluetooth, but it will only pick up the phone that is highlighted. Is this normal, or is their a way to highlight both?

 

Bluetooth will connect in theory to both however 1 is only recognized you can not use both except the typical BT ear piece you see everyone wear as pedestrians. Personally I leave the work phone home or not connected

 

You should be able to set one for phone and one for audio... Just not both.
