Default New SG Special

Trading in my 2011 Wide Glide today for an 14" Street Glide Special. Has anyone made the same trade? If so are you happy?

I made the EXACT trade last Fall. I am extremely pleased with my new SG. It handles just as well as the wide glide and I love the fact I can now listen to music, have a front fairing blocking the wind in my face, saddle bags, etc. You will love it. I thought it was going to be a little hard to get used to since it's a bigger bike but it didn't take long before I started riding it hard like I rode my Wide Glide!! Enjoy brotha!!!

Thanks for the responses. I figured someone had done a similar trade. I enjoyed the Wide Glide but just wanted something more. It was the perfect starter bike for me. Planning a trip to Maggie Valley in June so the radio, GPS and storage will go along way.
Thanks again

Here it is, I'm thinking about having the front forks, engine guard and the tank console powder coated. Adding XM radio and hiding the antenna. Then black SE mufflers and blak heat shield.New SG Special-sand-camo.jpg

Traded in my 2012 Wide Glide on a 2014 SGS a month ago. Haven't ridden the SGS yet and I'm still pretty stoked. Demo'ed a 2012 SG last summer and new it was the way to go!
