Default Ipod touch

Does anyone know if the ipod touch will work with the 2014 boom box system--my regular mp3 does not.

I have had no issues with the newest ipod touch. Works fine.

As long as it has bluetooth or the USB cable there should be no issues whatsoever. If you are using the cable make sure it is not a cheap import knockoff. They will charge, but some won't transmit data.

The IPOD touch does work. Also, what MP3 player do you have - that should work too. How it the MP3 player connected?

Does you MP3 play when connected to your computer - and how do you connect it there? One more thing - for ease, you can just put all the MP3 music from your player onto a flash drive. Then connect the flash drive and easily transport your music.

This is what I do. They're very inexpensive when compared to an iPod of the same capacity, so if it gets stolen or damaged, who cares.

I was thinking about buying one also to use, then I thought lets try just a USB. Works great even displays album picture. 32 gig for $19!

Anyone ever thought about burning an MP3 of your songs. I have over 9 hours of music on 1 disc and can leave it in the deck and just play the disc in order or shuffel mode. Just a thought. Of course I can't take credit for this idea, my brother tried it first and it works great in our '13 FLHTK's

Yes - I use to use CDs with MP3 songs. Stopped that when I went to my Garmin with an MP3 player.

Now, I am not even sure my bike has a CD player - I know my 11 did - but I have no use for one on my 14.

The 14's don't have CD players (you are in the Rushmore section). I have about 3 days of music on a thumb drive that will also shuffle.
