That is pretty much the same as the Harley Rider connection kit. It is the wiring harness that you plug in your helmet headset into. The Ltd already has the wired headset harness just below the fuel door. OP is inquiring about a Bluetooth headset without wires. I remember reading somewhere on here about a Bluetooth dongle that plugs into the riders port that allows you to connect your Bluetooth headset to it. Can't comment on how well or if it even works.
So....I looked but couldn't seem to find anything. Harley doesn't make a bluetooth headset which will connect to the Infotainment system wireless?
If they do, or anyone else....a link would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave
There are threads up the wazoo about this. It's not currently possible. There are no Bluetooth headsets that can connect to the new Infotainment system.
The system connects to a phone using HFP and can stream audio from the same or different device using A2DP.
There is currently no way for the system to establish a third Bluetooth connection to a headset/mic device and simultaneously relay audio to/from the phone/streaming music device/CB radio/Intercom/voice control module.
No system has accomplished this type of connection yet. All systems use a wired mic/speaker/headset.
