Default Buffeting... how is it?

I have read a lot of mixed posts about the Street Glide and buffeting.
Is it any better with the new vented batwing?

I'm 5'8" and like looking over the windshield, I'm thinking about the LRS 7".
anyone else vertically challenged like myself?

That should work...

I've got a 10" LRS on my 14 FLHTK, and I see PLENTY over it, I'm 5'10".

Was thinking of trying a 7 or 8 for looks....

I was contemplating the LRS also. Not sure about 7" or 8". I am 5'10" also. Think the 7" would be enough?

I don't really have too many issues with buffeting - I'm 6'0

On the Limited stock I thought the buffeting was drastically improved. Lots of highway miles at 80+ and no issues. I was coming from a Road King which isn't a fair comparison maybe but the Limited was stellar with the buffeting.

I have the 7" LRS with recurve in dark tint and it is worlds better than the stock shield but I still get a bit of buffeting above 70mph. Nothing I can't live with as I normally ride from 9am to 5pm on the weekends. But I think I'm going to order the 11" clear for those multi day trips where we do 2k miles over four days or so.

I'm 6' and a 7" LRS Ultra shield makes a world of difference. Night and day better. See sig link for pics.

I am 6'2" I have don't have noticeable buffeting unless I have the visor open on my full face. Running a stock windshield.

I had severe buffeting the vent open or closed made no difference I went to a 7" not a big change the air was hitting me in the forehead I moved to a 10" that put the air over my head and my eye level is just above the shield then you could feel the difference open/close the vent. Adding the fork deflector's eliminated that updraft that comes around the tank straight up your torso.
