If the battery is good and the FOB is working, one thing that might be causing problems is electromagnetic interference. As per the Owner's manual on Page 55 the FOB shouldn't be within 3 inches of an electronic device like a cell phone.
It could be that the FOB is faulty, or the antenna under the seat isn't routed correctly. You'll need to drop by the dealer so they can check it.
When entering the PIN, the bike has to be absolutely still. Don't be sitting on it when you tap in the PIN to disarm the system.
Edit, just noticed you have a a 2014.. The owner's manual I was referring to was for the 2024..
