I don't know if Newcastle sells all the items in the HD catalog but I have ordered parts from Newcastle, which was Zanotti for the last 20 years. I have ordered a variety of motor, drive train and electrical parts with no issues. If the item is not in stock, they will have it in 5-7 days.
Yeah, I used to use Zanotti and when they closed I switched to Surdyke. Both great places to work with. I've been out of the loop for the the last 2-3 years, and I noticed that Surdyke no longer ships out of their area.

May I ask when is the last time you placed an order?
It's no longer possible to order parts at a discount. The new CEO changed all the rules...it sucks because I've ordered $1,000s of dollars in parts and accessories over the years. Now, you're forced to purchase from your local dealer at MSRP. Period.
I tried to complete transactions with multiple outlets listed here that I’ve used before, just 2-3 nights ago. You can plug in all the info, but when you try to complete the transaction you get the dreaded message.
