what’s up guys. Just like the title says i can’t get past the 4th digit of my pin when starting my bike without the fob. i’ve tried changing it, accessing it everything else with the pin process works except when i try to use it. I’ve used it before without issues however now the 4th digit even when right stops process and engages the security system. anyone else experience this? not really sure where to go from here. Thanks all!

 

Just for kicks, take out that card that came with the bike. Have that in front of you and then try the pin. If might be that you are simply missing a step.

Make sure your kill switch is in the run position.

I’ve tried everything as this point. i’m the 2nd owner of the bike. i reset the pin after i got it and it worked perfectly. battery has been disconnected since then and now i have this issue. it still shows me that the pin is the one i changed it to, but after i enter the 4th number is stops and flashes the indicators. I am not including 0s. What’s weird is i can enter any number for the first 3 and it will let me get to the 4th and that’s where it will stop regardless of the number entered, including the correct one.

 

I have been waiting for the answer as this is EXACTLY what my 2019 RK is doing and this is my 3rd Harley with this. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

 

Isn't there a time limit to enter the code?

 

You may have just solved your own mystery. How long was it disconnected?

 

I tried a few times and I was moving right along.
I may just get a video showing how it stops.🤷‍♂️
