Have you tried the default code that comes with the bike when new? I think it's 31313.
I have indeed, that was one of the more recent things i he tried once discovering that default number. I am really at a loss on this one especially with having it work flawlessly before.

in my experience there isn't a default, the dealers seem to change them accordingly
have you tried changing it to something new and trying that number?

I take it you have 'revealed' your current code by having the fob present and doing the reveal rain-dance? ...and aren't just guessing what you think the code to be

Correct am able to do the process and have confirmed that the correct code is the one i have changed it too. I have also changed it to a few different ones hoping that would kind of snap it out if it and so far no luck in that as well
fob present, turn bike to ON
pull the master fuse
give it a few mins
put fuse back in and turn bike OFF
...try pin dance again
When you say on do you mean ignition or run switch? forgive me if this is a stupid question but will it reset the tune i had done? or the audio upgrade and tuning i had installed as well?

on my 2017 FLHXS: large headstock ignition switch turns the power on and off to the bike. Engine off/RUN switch turns the motor off and on
You need to unarm the security by turning the power ON
then yank the fuse
otherwise the security system is armed...by turning the power on it thinks its off and you then kill the power with the fuse being removed
...shouldn't effect either the tune or the radio

what’s up guys. Just like the title says i can’t get past the 4th digit of my pin when starting my bike without the fob. i’ve tried changing it, accessing it everything else with the pin process works except when i try to use it. I’ve used it before without issues however now the 4th digit even when right stops process and engages the security system. anyone else experience this? not really sure where to go from here. Thanks all!
I was reading up on this post because I am having the same issue. I didn't see a fix to this and wondered if you ever found a solution to this problem.
