I’m only about 4 minutes in. He says it’s a 2023, but it does not have RDRS. That’s odd.

Edit to add: I thought RDRS was standard on the police bikes after it became available in 2020. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it when I ordered my 2024 FLHP (but I did), so I assumed it was standard. They just asked me what color I wanted.

Yes, that is news to me. I would think that the Police would want ABS that works just as well in a turn, as when going straight (especially in wet conditions). A closer look on the H-D web site shows:

I’ve had fairings on my last two bikes, along with heated grips, but even on the Road Glide with slightly taller handle bars I ran Memphis Shades hand guards.

So I just put some on the FLHP. I’ve never been crazy about the look, but the “ghost” hand guards look the same as the windshield, although slightly thicker. The gloss black variant would be the same finish as the black paint on the headlight, side covers and tour pak, but I just wasn’t sure how that would look on a white bike.

The wind impact is somewhat incremental and not what I would call a game changer, but I ride all year here in NC, including cold weather, and I don’t like fooling with my heated gear (including glove liners) till I have to. I’ll post what the gloss black ones look like on the Road Glide I sold.
