After I installed the Paradise Head Lamp bulbs, I was on a small group ride with about six bikes. The lead guy said he could see my headlight (on low beam) so well that it made the others look like they were not even switched on. That is why I bought them, for good daytime visibility to other traffic.

They do blast out a lot of light as these are super bright LED bulbs in a lamp housing designed for halogen bulbs.

Interesting bulb, that Paradise Headlight. One of the few that appears to be well designed as an incandescent replacement, with the LED panels in seemingly correct locations and orientation.

I knew this would happen. If I paid the dealer to go ahead and install heated grips while they had the bike, I knew I would end up changing the bars.

I have to do everything at least twice. It’s like one of the laws of thermodynamics in my garage or something.

Just ordered different handlebars, and wiring extensions. At least I don’t have to change the brake or clutch lines and cables.

12” KST Straightjackets. I don’t prefer tall bars, but I need something taller than stock.

Congrats on the bike, when did you pick it up?
The clutch cable maybe a stretch. To make it work you have to get it out of the frame mounted cable retainer on the right side of the steering neck. The cable then tends to move around going from lock to lock, too much for my liking so I put on a longer upper cable when my 12" apes were installed.

Thanks. Picked it up last week. KST says you don’t have to change clutch/ brake lines for 12” or less. 12” was tight on my ‘20 Street Glide.

12” was fine on my ‘22 Road Glide.

Rerouting was involved in both.

We’ll see.

Got the bars off today while awaiting the new ones. Also installed the Amazon police style trunk.

The western sun comes blazing in the transom lights in top of the garage door late in the afternoon, and guess what, there’s flake in the paint, LOL..

Looks like Midnight Blue from 2019, but MUCH deeper and darker.

Glad I didn’t have to pay extra.
I couldn’t capture a good picture, between the dust, and the iPhone SE, that’s all I could get in the bottom photo.

One of the reasons I wanted to upgrade to a 14+, the ease(ire) method to remove the inner fairing . How long did it take?

Mine is a Road King, but I ‘ve changed bars twice on a 2020 Street Glide and twice on a 2022 Road Glide.

About 5.5 hours.
