The 2023 Road King FLHR Lives On As The FLHP

Fat baggers has a couple parts that upgrade the plastic clutch cable adjuster to metal components. Over the years I have seen many such improvements where plastic just does not belong. A wise man once told me: "There is only one good structural application for plastic - tooth brush handles."
In addition to an improvement in reliability, it has been reported that the clutch lever feel is improved with these stiffer metal pieces.

The dealer near me has a new Police on their website, not the FLHR but FLHTP. It doesn't say anything about wait time or price.

Well, your thread convinced me to look at the police bikes, and one of my local dealers had a pair on demo. Put a deposit down, and I’m picking up on the 13th of may. Got some good ideas from your thread for my FLHTP. Thx

I am using 14" bars that would put my hands well above the fairing. The batwing fairing makes no sense to me that way, so, Road King for me.
