***** Shiny Wheels....
Ordered some chrome Impeller wheels from ***** Shiny. Decide to call on a Sat not expecting them to be there. Hell, Joe answered the phone. Nice guy, we visited over half an hour. Told him I was keeping my old wheels so I would go ahead and pay the core charge. He even made me a deal on that, knocked a significant amount off the core charge for me. Good guy to do business with. In a few days my wheels and rotors were here...
Went ahead and ordered some Michelin tires, Commander 3's. J&P shipped them fast to me. Had over $100 in rebate built up, knocked that much off the tires which was sweet.
Went out in the shop and mounted the tires a couple of days ago. Decided to bead balance them since the chrome is so sweet. Yesterday got the front wheel installed.
Man these are gonna be sweet....

Those look really good. I have considered going the ***** Shiny route, but I keep coming back to these expensive spinners:
Then I can't decide if I want to go to a 21" on the front, or stick with the 19". These indecisions keep me from doing anything, so here I sit with my stock-looking bike. Dammit.

Joe is great, and his work top notch.... looks like I went the same route as you did, I even paid the core charges too, because somebody wanted my wheels and tires.
Great Looking Wheels!
These are so much easier to keep clean compared to the brushed aluminum/black finish on the stock wheels on a RGU.
