Default handlebar wiring extensions

i'm looking to replace my stock bars with la choppers 10" bagger bars . 2016 Ultra Limited
i know i have to extend the wiring but i dont want to solder pins on the " raw " end . NAMS makes a plug and play kit as does KST Kustoms.
the NAMS kit is 18" long and includes the plug for fly-by-wire . ( not sure if includes heated grip plug . not mentioned in description )
looks like the KST kit is shorter but does NOT include fly-by-wire ( description states that existing wiring harness is long enough )

1) ive never heard of KST before today
2) i dont want to take it all apart and then find out that the factory harness is NOT long enough
3) Ive heard of NAMS ( buddy of mine used their kits years ago ) but what do i do with all that extra length of harness? and does it come with heated grip plug? ( either kit )
4) LA choppers says that the factory brake and clutch lines will work , but again , i dont want to find out i need longer lines after it's all apart.

additionally , will i need to replace the stock bushings , mounting bolts and clamp cover?
ive never replaced handlebars before so i want to get as much info upfront as possible. also , if i do bring it to a shop , i want to make sure the job is done correctly

any input would be greatly appreciated.

BTW , i'm in NY , Long Island area so if anyone has a recommendation on a good shop , that also would be appreciated.

I'm sure you'll get some other responses, but I think all you are going to need are the bars... no extensions, clamps, bolts, bushings etc. I ran 12.5" on my 14 Limited and didn't have to have anything extra.

I put 12” KSTs on my 2020 Street Glide. Used their plug and play wiring extensions and TBW does not require an extension on my model.

You don't need anything for 10" bars. You are good to go with all stock wiring, cables and lines.

KST is a very reputable company to deal with, they produce quality bars, but you won't need anything for your project.

KSTs are some of my favorites. I have them on two of my bikes and several sets installed in my friends riding club, a few sets in my club as well. A quality handle bar for sure.

I will second what has been said about cable lengths here.

I put 10" LA Choppers Twin Peaks on my 2016 Limited about 4 years ago. I cant remember length of Namz harness at the time, but thought it was only 4"or 8". I know it was short, but dont see shorter Namz options now.
While many find they dont need harness on 10", I remember I was glad i did have a little extra. Made things a bit easier for me.
