What bolt did you all get for the new bushings?

I went with harley polyurethane Bushings which were installed with the original FBI bars at the dealer before I brought the bike home. When I changed them out to the reduced reach bars I just had to take off the top clamp and put a new the new bars on top. Discard the old cups, rubber bushings and spacers...New bolts come with the bushings for 14+.

Looks good, how do they feel? I got mine on 2 weeks ago but can’t post pics.

feel nice! I really like them. I was Leary about getting bars without actually sitting on a bike but the information provided here was excellent and helped a lot!

Did you have to add wire extensions?

I don’t think I had to; I could have moved stuff around. But I did use extensions. Cables were good

Bump! I just ordered these bars and thought maybe I could add some info as I install mine.

I have Twin Peaks 10 inch bars now that were installed by a previous owners. They are really nice looking bars, but they are way too far away from me. I want to be able to sit back. Looks like the reach bars are it for me! I ordered them couple days ago. I can't wait to install them!

I love mine. Naturally took a few rides to get used the height, but they are nice and comfortable. Good luck on the install. which by the way, is not that bad!

I can’t wait! I was riding today and just sat up and put my hands where I imagine these bars to be. I will be able to sit back and be comfortable! I even think my seat will be more comfy because the way I will sit in it.

What I really like about these bars is the options they give you. If bars are too close, then push them forward to get them farther and more aggressive look. I love the fact they are 12 inch pullback! It’s a godsend! Lol
