I’ve purchased atleast 4 Duracell’s from batteries plus for customers. They are better than the OEM in my opinion.

The offshore one is made in China, and is a bit cheaper.

I'm about to remove my 2015 Ultra Limited's old battery and install a new one and I have two questions:
1. Should I pull the master fuse before I begin?
2. Once I disconnect the old battery, will I lose any of the Boom Box's settings? (frequencies, nav preferences, any other settings via the Boom Box)

1. It doesn't hurt to follow the procedure in the owner's manual, including pulling the master. It will also be easier on your ears if you have a siren.
2. I didn't lose any on my '07 Ultra or my '14 Limited.

I think you got your bike just a short time after I got mine. Sure hope I get more life out of my battery...

Did you order online or from a retail store?

I took delivery on September 28, 2017. However the bike had sit on the dealer showroom for 6 months.

I always keep the bike on a tender when parked. But she was draging and I knew what was coming. Did not want to head to Daytona with a possible problem. The new battery is working GREAT!

I did not lose any presets. I think there is a backup in the boom itself.
See above in red.

Yes they make and offer both black and white case. The store only stocked the white. They indicated to me that they were both identical in every way including price except for color. They would have to order the black. It does have a 2 year warranty where most are one year and Durcell is a name I trust in batteries.
A Deka, Big Crank or Duracell battery will usually last about 5 years as long as it is not allowed to discharge if the bike is stored for any period of time. I'm not trying to be a wet blanket, but the Duracell costs more because of the name and because you are buying an additional year of warranty. It's a safe bet for Duracell to offer an extra year of warranty on a product that will usually last twice as long as that. That said you have a good battery at a fair price and you got it "right now" when you needed it.

But where did you buy from, online or store? No Battery Plus near me.
