I currently have the stock heated grips but looking to change them out with a set of Harley after market. Are these pretty much plug and play if I've currently have heated grips?
"Harley after market"? Not sure what you mean by that. Changing out heated grips is a bit of a process but it's mostly just time consuming, not difficult.

If you ain't Cav...
Sorry, wasn't very clear. I just meant the Harley branded grips not the stock grips.

Yes they are plug and play you will have to remove the left grip wires and all and just replace the throttle side grip.If you buy the Harley brand grips have the Dealer depin the plugs on the new grips it makes it much easier to install. There are some great videos on Youtube that will give you some idea of what you are up against.
You will have to remove the outer fairing and loosen the inner fairing to acess the handlebar wiring at the handlebar mounting clamp area. I just did my wifes Streetglide and didn't have to remove the bars.
Make sure you buy heated grips with wiring that goes into the bars not outside the bars or else you will have to grind the switch housings to make them fit and it adds to the difficulty.
