2019 Limited gps/ride planner
I was used to the gps on my 14 Limited. Now, I’m finding that there is a steep learning curve on my 19 Limited’s gps. I’m having trouble moving a ride from either the Harley app ride planner or the flashdrive. Is there someplace on this site I should start digging into? Any tips from fellow riders?

Download the PDF. Better than the paper manual.

Don't know when they made the PDF copy available, but glad for your comment. Link didn't work for me, but was able to find it quickly. Last fall I did a copy/paste PDF build but found it as difficult to use as the SIP itself. I bought the manual, but I concur, the PDF download is better than the paper manual (and cheaper too).

Not quite right. It's the H-D app. Not a Ride Planner app. The H-D app interfaces between the radio & your Ride Planner account on line. From the radio, through the H-D app on the phone, the radio accesses & downloads the Ride Planner route to the radio & then you run the route from the radio. Once the GPX file downloads, you can disconnect or turn off the phone w/o a problem run the GPX file on the Nav. This process works so slick, it happens faster than you could import the same GPX file from a USB stick. I was pleasantly surprised how easily this function works.
