Angry Seat fitment

Bought Danny Gray Airhawk solo bigseat. Beautiful seat. Slot in seat comes nowhere close to tongue on frame. Anyone else with this problem? After a couple of hours with trying to get this thing to fit, I bit the bullet and sent it back. Rear screw lined up perfectly.

It’s the way they are made.... I have a DG and there’s a gap between seat and tank

No it still slides into the seat slot. The seat doesn’t move at all it’s just how the end of it is designed doesn’t sit flush against the tank.

That's just it, mine didn't even slide into the slot. Not even close.
