Does your fender extension seem loose, king of rattles around?

So this winter, I took off all the tins and in process of painting them Starlight black, with no pinstripe. Using ColorRite rattle cans and so far it is coming out nice.
touch ups would be easy and cheap

Any of you 3 guys think 4.5” mufflers would be an issue with your setups? Thanks for posting pictures all your bikes look great

Negative.

Do you have the first or second generation extension?

People claim that 4.5" pipes are not an issue. Mine are 4".

Mine is Arlen Ness. I was just asking because when I first put it on, it was loose, it cracked in the corners. So I pulled it back off to repair and made a brace for underneath and attached it with JB weld. Then I noticed you have to loosen the rear inner fender brace and slip it (the part that slips under the fender) under that brace and tighten it up. Solid now.

I ordered a color matched fender extension from advanblack, twisted cherry is one of their new colors so hopefully it matches

Thinking of doing this exact thing with mine. I put CVO bags on it and it needs something to fill in just a little bit. Thanks for the pics.

Got my extension installed today, exhaust is 4.5” screamin eagle slip ons with no caps because the dealer never sent them. They’re swapping them for 4.5” MF hitmans once I get the time to run it back down tho. Paint looks to match well. My only bitch is the sides have a gap between the fender, left side is worse then the right side and the paint seems to scuff pretty easily.
