My 14 Ultra Limited can with V&H slash cut ovals, stock head pipes and stock intake. I recently went with Cobra power port head pipes and a V&H FP3. Also picked up a screamin eagle stage 1 a/c with a K&N filter from a member on here. After adding the cobra head pipes and the FP3, I could tell a nice difference in the way the bike runs. Before the bike would decel pop about three times around 1200-1300 rpm, still does it with the FP3. Hoping it will take care of it as I get more miles. 22 degrees here in Illinois. As for the screamin eagle stage 1 intake, it was added a few days later. It has a different sound to it compared to my 03 ultra. My 14 sounds ticky, like an exhaust leak when you get on it hard. My 03 almost sounded like a 4 barrel. Maybe its just the difference between the 103 & 88 inch motors or the K&N filter??
I also adjusted the throttle sensitivity with the FP3, no more lag. Great improvement.
All in all, V&H slash cuts, FP3 tuner, you cant go wrong with them. Still undecided on my stage 1. Will have to wait for warmer weather and more miles. Any one else experience this?

Definitely eliminate the cat if you can!

I installed an 09 head pipe on mine, any time you can remove resistance from the exhaust is a good thing.

I put V&H Slash Cut Rounds on my 2015 Street Glide Special when it was brand new (2016). I also added a K&N filter to the stock air cleaner. The bike ran a little hot as they seem to from the factory, but the bike ran great. Then I installed a V&H FP3 Fuel Pak and selected the V&H Slash Cut Rounds when selecting my map options. The bike ran cooler with even better power and gas mileage. The only thing I did was adjust the map for a bit more throttle sensitivity. I ride mostly 2 up on the SGS with the GF and HD King Tour pack added. No complaints at 22k miles.
