There have been several vendors supplying Lithium batteries for motorcycles for several years now.... They all have some issues.
I like the idea, the weight, the power, not so much the price, but if they had a long life, it would reduce cost of ownership. Based on all I've read, I don't think they are quite ready for prime time in a motorcycle.... especially for the price.
And don't forget, you'll need a special battery tender, as they don't like vehicles with constant power draw (however small) like most modern bikes...

When a lithium battery dies ,it's over.No weakening or advance notice.It can die at any time,anywhere.At least with AGM it usually gives You an idea that it is weakening.My Son had a Lithium that was way too expensive.Lasted 3 years! Took it off the tender one day and the battery was totally dead.It could have died anywhere.No lithiums for Me except watch and fob batteries.

After seeing this Thread, I immediately went to the East Penn Manufacturing (OE AGM supplier).
It doesn't look like they're involved with this Battery Technology, or at least not advertising it ... I only looked quick though

The previous question is a good one........is HD installing this lithium battery on their 2019-2020 motorcycles? If not, I'll definitely take a pass, if so, i'll think about it. In genreal I have great luck with standard type AGM batteries. Most last me at least 5+ years with 24/7 "not in use" connection to my BatteryMinder charger.
