15 street glide s + iphone

Sick of iphone and radio blue tooth not pairing.. May work 1 of 5 start cycles. Both have latest software and i have repaired. any suggestions?

Dunno, my iPhone 6 and iPhone X pair every time automatically.

According H-D, the Boom! Box is compatible with iPhones up to the iPhone 7/7Plus and iOS 10.2.1. So, if you have a newer iPhone and new iOS, according to the manual, some iPhones “may not be compatible with all the features and services of the radio.”

Mine pairs every time. I have an iPhone 7. It is slow...may take a couple of minutes. I have discovered that it usually won’t launch iTunes so I just start my music on my phone and then when pairing happens the music plays fine,

Iphone X with ios 11.4.1, no issues.

If it continues, reload your boom software.

Not sure of my boom software, its a few updates old.

I made a little movie of my iPhone X playing Spotify via Bluetooth and USB. I start playback of Spotify on the iPhone, immediately, the bike switches from FM to Bluetooth and starts playing Spotify from the phone. As soon as I plug the USB in, the Boom switches to USB and continues to play Spotify off the iPhone.

This has worked the same with three iPhones. 2013-2014 iPhone 5S, 2014-2017 iPhone 6, 2017-2018 iPhone X.

The hardest part is getting the door on the cubby closed with the larger iPhone X.
