i get it but i ordered these in the spring. they took 3 weeks to get to me. then we had a week or two with beautiful weather and didn't want the bike down. when i wen to install the bars i did 5 k service and found metal parts in the trans. they took 3+ weeks to replace the trans. i got the bike back and was either riding the bike or it was too hot and humid to do the work. so i got to installing them 3-4 months after i ordered.
it isn't the worst thing in the world because at least the wrist angle is better and it is about an inch taller than stock. so they work they just are not as tall as i wanted. i will ride em for the remainder of this season and see how it goes.
Sounds like you need a little comforting. I feel for you bro. Big hung. Lots of guys out there with small bars. You just have to use what you have. It's ok.
Seriously.... are you even going to mention what bars you're talking about?
I dunno.
I believe I'd be more concerned about one dude offering another dude a "big hung"..........
You did, but that happens sometimes. Hopefully you can change to Vinditka's 14" bars and re-use your current wires and cables, without having to fork out additional $$. Then re-sell your 12" bars and recoup whatever money you can.
Take some time to think this over. No need to rush.
L A Choppers makes very nice riser extensions. I used the one and a half inch on my Heritage and love it. It had a one and a half inch rise so I ended up with 3" plus the 12 inch mini apes.
