Default Extended reach heel shifter that matches the toe shifter

I removed my heel shifter thinking it would solve all my problems. Now the toe shifter is either too high or too low depending on what shoes/boots I wear. So back to the drawing board. Who makes a factory-style match extended reach heel shifter that will move the rear peg back just off the board? I don't want it to be a long reach back to the shifter but also want room to move on the board. I saw that HD makes a matching front and rear but I don't really think the toe shifter needs moved forward.

If they make an extended pair just install one as the heel shifter and sell the other extended arm to someone else who wants an extended heel shifter. I'm pretty sure both levers are the same length.

I use this one from Harley. Works great. The shifter is not off the back of the board but folded back when not needed and leaves lots of room for foot movement. I leave it in the out position all the time vs. moving it in for shifting.

I thought about that one, but don't like looks of it in the shift position. Looks like it is broken, just an eye sore to me.

There is one out there, I've seen it. I'm sure someone will comment the seller. It's a longer version of the stock shifter.

J and P Cycles has one. Part# 5100170. A bit pricy at $39.99, but it does the job.

I bought this one for my 2015 UYltra a few years back. It puts the peg just to the rear of the foot board. I adjusted it very low so I need to raise my heel up only an inch or so to step on it. It leaves plenty or real estate on the foot board for my size 13 boots now. I also adjusted the stock front peg in a similar fashion. I'll get a picture in a little bit and post it.

Well, poop. After posting this reply I noticed that the item is "currently unavailable."

Search eBay for the following text "V-Twin Chrome Extended Shifter Lever 86+ FLT FLST Harley Touring Softail"

I got mine for $35.99 and free shipping and no tax.

Excellent quality IMHO.

An issue that I have had with the stock Shift Lever and these aftermarket Shift Levers is that the Pinch Bolts are not large enough in diameter to prevent the Shift levers from eventually sliding off the Shift Shaft. What I've done is to drill out the Pinch Bolt bore and re-tap it for 8mm X 1.25 thread. Then use an 8mm X 1.25 thread Chrome Allen Cap Screw. This will supply more than enough clamping force and at 8mm in diameter it is large enough to fully engage the cutaways on the OEM Shift Shaft that are designed for this purpose.

So the quality is good, they just don't fit?
