Default Rear end noise

I have a 2016 SGS with 6200 miles on it, went up to Lake Tahoe for the weekend where I picked up an unusual noise...Every time I wouldn't around a curve no matter which way I'd get a howling sound, stopped several times and looked for a loose rear wheel ie.(wheel bearings) but found nothing. Got home took saddle bags off and still couldn't find anything..any ideas?

I’d say you have a bearing or bearings going bad. I’d get the rear wheel off the ground and spin it and see if it feels rough or any side to side play or could be just the tire itself

Worn tires have been known to "howl" when leaned over onto the area that is "squared off."

Or, it could be substandard bearings...

Check your belt tension. If it's loose, it's bearings. If it's overly taught, it's bearings too.

Also, check your belt for proper tension and overall condition.

Sounds exactly like tire cupping, you probably can feel a buzzy kind of vibration as you're leaning also.

Could have been the road surface.

My guess would be that the tires are at the point where they make the noise in corner s, my tires did the same with the oems,

Tires. Mine has been doing it since new and bearings are fine. THey howl cause we are not using the lean angle as much and when we do they are not worn in that area.

I agree. Cupping on tires, probably front tire. This problem is not unique to Harley as well. You might hear it on some turns and not others.
