Unhappy No Call audio w or w/out headset

I recently picked up a pair of IMC headsets for use on my 15 Ultra to have comms with the wife. I was setting them up last night and get everything dialed in...VOX, CB volume, radio volume all playing through the headphone, we even sat on the bike and made sure that we could individually adjust our volumes of the radio/media and the intercom between eachother. While messing around I got a phone call (my phone was connected via Bluetooth) and the screen on the boom audio registered the call and offered for me to accept or ignore the call. I selected accept and the radio volume lowered automatically and the call was connected. I could hear myself saying hello through my headset, my wife could hear my voice through her headset but we could not hear anything from the connected caller. The caller could hear us tho.

I fooled around with every setting I could find. Synced my wife's phone and tried to get call audio to work and the same issue was there...caller could hear me but I could not hear caller. Did a pre-calibration factory reset to flush out any issue and it did not resolve the issue. The dealership installed the latest software update in April 2018. There are no audio DTC stored.

What am I missing? I know how to increase the volume while in specific modes to ensure nothing is muted...all is working except the call audio. I have even selected for the communication audio to be funneled through the bike speakers rather than the headset and still detect no audio when accepting a call.

Missing - I would suggest you turn the vol up. Remember, you have to do this while the person is talking to you.

Try this...… have your wife call you. Answer the phone on the bike. Once answered, just have her count 1, 2, 3, etc - keep talking. While she is talking, reach over and hit the vol control on the left side and turn it up.

Are you using the 7-pin connector for your headsets? If so, make sure they aren't installed upside down and fully seated. They will absolutely mount upside down and some features will work and some wont if installed that way. Good luck...
