Powder Coat question

I'd get rid of the "AMF" logo.........those were the worst years for Harley Davidson. Things improved greatly once AMF sold the company back to HD Management.

After I posted the question I noticed the small print under the AMF. When you zoom in it's pretty clear. Still not 100% sure what the reference is but I'm relatively confident it's not the American Machine and Foundry Company (AMF) that owned and almost put Harley out of business in 1981.

I zoomed in, it’s blurry, but you can plainly see what the print says, lol

BigMike it’s hard to tell in the picture but did you take the center insert out of the console before you had it powder coated and if so did it leave a bunch of funk in there from the adhesive

It leaves a sticky film you have to clean off and the emblem won't be reusable. They are about $10 for a stock on at HD.
