BTW here is a closeup if the one on eBay, I bought it to see, going to sand an coat it to see how it looks . Thinking of putting it on the back of my tour pack vs the decal I had made.

Make sure you prime and paint it. I don’t think PLA holds up well to direct sunlight. Seems to get brittle from what I read. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out...

Personal I like it, I have a decal on my truck and my toolbox but that does not make them a CVO. I do however realize that if it is on a CVO it is considered a CVO emblem, on any other bike or what ever
its just a Bar and Shield...Not condemning anyone in this thread just sharing my thoughts.
Exactly..some people got offended by others putting it on their non CVO bike. The Bike Exchange here in Gastonia has been using the bar and shield on their custom builds for years now. I could kind of see it if the emblem had CVO on it.

I bought a set too just to see what they were like.

I just got a message from ebay that the emblems have been removed. LOL !

I guess someone at HD saw them. That didn't take long.

I wonder what they think of people ordering the factory emblems and selling them for over 600.00.

Oh I don't doubt it got removed. I posted something for sale once with a pic I found doing a search. Some salesman set me a email 3 days after it was listed asking me to remove it or he would report me.

I looked at my order history and the pic of the emblem is gone with a explanation that it had to be removed. Hope HD dose not sue him...

I just ordered a set to check them out on ebay only 35.00. But he sent me a message that ebay made him take it down. Due to copy wright infringements. So harley is watching these items. Everyone be careful.

I’m pretty sure it’s the seller that has to worry, not the buyer. The seller is the one committing copyright or trademark infringement. Unless by buying it your conspiring? But that would be a real stretch.

I wouldn’t worry about it.

I think that's why the other guy was so hard to get in touch with.

He was being real careful about it. Yours should be there tomorrow by the way.

The ones on ebay is good for decoration on a toolbox or in the man cave or something. I don't think I would put them on a bike.
