Harley makes a set of windshield bags specifically for the Rushmore fairing.

people I know that have the 3 pocket set up say the center pouch deflects the air straight to the riders face when the vent is open..

e glide goodies has a set up where you can use two outer pockets but it looks like they block the fuel and amp gauges

I use the HD 3 bags for the vented windshield. I know others love the vent and feel it does something but I've run with the bags, without the bags, vent open, vent closed, and I cannot tell a difference in wind flow. Might just be my perception.

If I were concerned with the middle bag interrupting the vent wind flow design I'd just cut it off and leave the side bags.

I have no idea of its functionality but Rickrak sells a 3-pocket pouch for batwings.

Yep, I am using that and have no issues.
Also using a LRS 9" windshield. Vent is still functional.

I can't tell any difference with wind either when the vent is open or closed.

With the vent open i can't say it puts the air on my face anymore then with the bag off. If you are wanting the windshield bag the HD 3 bag work just fine
