Here's my "big wheel" bagger packed for a 5000 mile trip. A 21" in front is as big as I will go on a bike. I too have lowered the front 1" to get back to stock ride characteristics and I have 21"s on all my bikes (2 softails and 2 baggers). They ride as good or better than stock. Anything bigger, no thanks.

Rode 5000 miles like this last summer from Deadwood, down through Colorado, to Cali, up to Seattle, to Jackson Hole, then back to Deadwood. Greatest ride ever!

Awesome pick. I rode out there at the same time from Charleston and it was sooo worth it. Would like to go again as soon as I can...

Great looking bike btw.

There is a difference between a poser and functional. How many of those 26" and 30" baggers get many miles on them. World needs posers, I guess.

Same with Jeeps. So many Mall Crawlers that wouldn't last 2 minutes offroad built with junk lift kits. Then again, I know of a few around that have the best of the best and the owners wouldn't dream of getting them dirty. They're choice.

Looks good. Me personally I dont consider a 21 a Big wheel bagger.... I think a 21 is standard upgrade and really doesnt need alot of change or sacrifice.... Its the cartoonish 23 and bigger, Id consider a Big Wheel Bagger.

You make a valid point, 21 really isn't a big up grade. Compared to 23 up. That's when things get complicated, and expensive.
Don't the 2018 cvo touring bikes come with 21's now.
