amp that wont kill fm
Hey guys- I'm currently running 4 infinity 611's( 2 ohm) and a rz4-2000d.
volume is good --sound is a bit dirty at mid to high levels.. not clipping-just not clean.
and FM reception sucks..
so I want to upgrade..
first thought was 2 RF pbr300x2's
but-- is it really worth it to amplify the rears?
second thought is Rockford tm400.4 or ARC 600.4
want better cleaner power --AND FM reception--thanks

Agree a trip to the audio section would be a good idea. We just have two Infinity Kappa 62.11’s and a PBR 300x2 and no FM reception problems. It is controversial, but I found by using the CVO Boom software update the sound was cleaner and a bit more base. Also via a recommendation by Biketronics I did a system reset after the download install, which helped with clarity also. But it’s been a while since I visited the audio section, there may be more info for you to look at.
